Growing up in Wolverhampton UK, I went to spiritualist churches with my mother who used to work platform as a medium. Consequently, talking about atypical experiences and the power of different realms was the norm in my household. My mother encouraged me from an early age saying “you are a healer” and I didn’t doubt it. I had unusual experiences as a child such as spiritual attacks from beings in other dimensions including what some may call sleep paralysis demons. Getting out of these tricky entanglements taught me to control my energy at a very early age.

I moved away from the spiritual world with schooling, obtained a bachelor of science degree and worked as a Forensic Scientist in the UK for 20 years. It was redundancy from Forensics in 2011 that enabled me to turn my hobbies into jobs which included Reiki healing. At that time I had the intention of keeping my therapies formal, and I subsequently qualified as a professional psychotherapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist. 

I found spontaneous past life memories and unusual spiritual experiences were occurring on an almost daily basis so I sought qualifications of a spiritual nature. My journey eventually led me to study Regression Therapy and Between Lives Spiritual Regression with Andy Tomlinson and the Past Life Regression Academy. It was through this training I met Janet Treloar and attended her channeling courses and channeling extravaganzas, culminating in my discovery of light language. I obtained various qualifications both with Andy and Janet, training in advanced spirit release, space clearance and working with spiritual emergencies.

Very early in my regression therapy training I had clients come to me (many for reiki) who had very complex needs and via asking  the simple question “how can I best serve this person” I found myself being taken into their experiences, visualising some horrific trauma such as near death experiences and child sexual abuse. I found that I could split my mind into that of the regression therapist leading a regression session and simultaneously visualise the clients’ trauma and thus reframe their experiences and release attachments.  When my light language channeling was activated it was then a natural progression combining the proxy regression techniques with the channeled sound and vibration. Journeying through peoples’ time-lines to release trauma, and clear spirit attachments, now seems the most natural thing in the world to me. Many of the experiences I journey into are off world. 

During my regression training with the PLRA if someone was going to have unusual experiences it was me: visualising experiences from Arthurian legend as Lady of the Lake and bringing through galactic guides to support spirit release etc.

The vast majority of my work is now light language sessions and I often work with clients with complex needs or who are themselves having very unusual spiritual experiences. Many of my colleagues in fact send the more unique cases my way.  I hope light language will always remain part of my unique gift.
